The standard price is €35 - €55 per square metre
This package includes several floor plans for each room. A typical floor plan shows the position of furniture with dimensions and helps you understand the new layout of your future home.
The floor plans you receive will be based on your requirements and my suggestions as well. You choose the best option, which can also be adjusted and edited. Please bear in mind that in case you are not planning a full renovation, furniture layout options can be limited due to the existing sockets and lighting fixtures.
As soon as you’ve approved the floor plan you like, I will create several preliminary mood boards in different styles so that you can choose the one which reflects your vision of your space.
After that I start working on the real mood board in your chosen style, which contains several pages per room with product images of everything that goes into your future dream house: from furniture to accessories (all within the budget we will have agreed).
You will find various lighting solutions and wall colour advice in the mood board as well. There will be links to online stores, where you will be able to buy everything, from furnishings to accessories.
Depending on the project, a mood board can include construction plans for the contractor, together with a lighting plan, electrical placement plan with location of sockets and switches, or a calculation of flooring, paints or tiles.

- Any measurements you have - to give me a better understanding of your space.
- Deadline for your project.
Regarding the payment, if you are happy with everything and would like to work with me, you will receive an offer and an invoice with company details.
The first invoice will make up 50% of the total amount and will have to be paid a week before the work begins.
The second half of the sum is usually paid halfway through the work.
The price given excludes 21% VAT.

Hi, I’m Victoria Ershova. I have a Master's Degree in Architecture and worked as an architect from 2007 to 2020, creating and implementing various projects in different parts of the world.
In 2020, I settled down in the Netherlands and some time later started my own interior design business.
